 The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requires you to enter an additional code when signing into your account, adding an extra level of security. The Two-Factor Authentication feature currently supports the use of an authenticator app or an email address as a verification method.

To add 2FA to your account, follow these steps:

• On your BlueHawkFX profile, go to the “Account Information” tab.
• Click the Enable button under the Two Factor Authentication section.
• To find the requested code, download and open up the Google Authenticator app on your phone and tap Begin Setup > Scan Barcode. Once you’ve used your phone to scan the barcode displayed in your browser, click Next in your browser. You will then be prompted to enter the authenticator code that will appear on your phone.

How do I reset my Bluehawkfx Account Password?

BlueHawkFX does not charge any fees when depositing via Bitcoin,or Bitcoin/Wire Transfer via Insatcoins. BlueHawkFX will also not charge a fee when depositing or withdrawing via Bitcoin however there is a standard Bitcoin networking fee of 0.0005 BTC when allocating funds through the blockchain network.

Transactions via Bitcoin cannot be reverted once a Bitcoin address has been used and the funds have left your Bitcoin wallet.

Once funds have been received, they will be credited to your vault automatically and an email notification will be sent.

If funds are sent from your Bitcoin wallet, they will be credited once they reach 6 confirmations. This process can take up to 6 hours and depends on the blockchain network. Once the funds are received, they are instantly and automatically credited to your vault.

When you deposit funds successfully, they will appear in your vault. To be able to trade with these funds, you will need to conduct an internal transfer from your vault to your trading account. Once this step is completed they will be linked to your MT4 account under the same ID as your trading account.
You may do this using either of these two methods:

Click on the From Account and To Account boxes below on the left hand panel to select which accounts you would like to transfer to and from.

Click on Internal Transfer on the left panel and simply select where you want to move your funds to and from and click the Transfer button.

We currently offer multiple deposit methods including Bitcoin and Wire Transfer via Instacoins.

For Bitcoin deposits, select the Bitcoin deposit method and proceed to input the details of your deposit. You will be given a Bitcoin address to which you can send your funds and they will be loaded to your account upon receipt. The minimum deposit in BTC is $10.

For other deposit methods, select your preferred method and proceed to follow the instructions that will be provided. The minimum deposit for a Credit/Debit Card and Bank Wire Transfer is $50.

There are no fees for withdrawing by Bitcoin but prices might fluctuate due to the volatility of Bitcoin and the spot rate, which is driven by multiple factors.

You may withdraw the funds in your vaults while having other funds in your trading account with open trades.

1 Select Withdraw from the left hand panel.

2 Select Bitcoin as your withdrawal method and your preferred currency option.

3 Select the Amount you wish to withdraw and click Withdraw.

4 This next screen is where you input your Bitcoin address. Enter your address and click Send Bitcoin. Your withdrawal request will be then reviewed and processed within 30 minutes.

Withdrawals are reviewed by our payments team within 30 minutes. They conduct security checks to ensure that funds are being sent out to the correct person. You are therefore advised to check your email or to get in touch with our 24/7 support team via. Live Chat, should you have any pending withdrawals.

This could be due to a number of reasons such as an incorrect password, incorrect server selection or an incorrect MT4 login number.

Please be sure to select the BlueHawkFX-Demo for your demo account or the BlueHawkFX-Live when logging into your live trading account. If the server selection is not the issue, please try resetting your MT4 password.

To reset your MT4 password you will need to go through the following steps:

To create a new trading account, please click on ‘Trading Accounts’ in the left-hand column of your account and then select ‘Open a Trading Account’.

You may then select the currency of your MT4 account (USD/BIT/GBP/EUR) and the leverage you prefer.

Finally, select ‘Open Trading Account’. Your live account will now be listed in your “Trading Accounts” Tab.

Before you can create a demo account via MT4 you will need to download MT4 to your windows computer and continue through the installation process. Once installed, proceed with the instructions below.

• Click on “File”
• Click on “Open an Account”
• Select the “BlueHawkFX-Demo” server
• Proceed by clicking on “Next”
• Select “New demo account” if it is not already selected
• Proceed by clicking on “Next”
• Fill in your account details, select your desired currency in “Account type”, specify how much demo funds you wish and choose your desired leverage
• Tick on the “I agree to subscribe to your newsletters” checkbox
• Proceed by clicking on “Next”
• Your new Demo account details will be shown on screen. Store these safely so you don’t lose them
• Proceed by clicking on “Finish”. Once you click finish, you will automatically be logged into your new demo account and can begin trading immediately

To reset your live MT4 password you will need to select ‘Trading Accounts’ from the left-hand side menu, select the ‘Padlock symbol’ next to the relevant account then select ‘Reset Password’.

The Margin rules for BlueHawkFXare:

Margin Call at a 100% Margin Level
Stop Out at a 70% Margin Level
You can also find the Margin Levels on both your Desktop and/or Mobile MT4 Platform.

Margin Call – this means that you shall not be able to ‘Open’ any further trades.

Stop Out – this means that the ‘Open’ trade, which has the largest negative balance, will be automatically ‘Closed’ in order to prevent your account from going into a negative balance.

There are two types of fees which are applied when trading:

• Commission Fees – these are charged at $6 per lot RT
• Swap Fees – these are applied when holding an open trade overnight. The fee itself varies between assets. For more information on swap fees please contact us.

The minimum trade size is 0.01 Lots and the maximum trade size is 1,000 Lots.

The Forex markets are open 24/5 whilst Crypto markets are open 24/7. For each individual asset, you can see the market opening and closing times in the ‘specifications’ section on the MT4 platform. All you need to do is simply ‘right-click’ on the asset you are interested in and select ‘specifications.’

How do I access the leader board/trade copier

You can open a demo account in your back office once you have created an account with Blue Hawk

First, you must log in to your back office. Select the button ‘Login.’

Next, you will be redirected to the main page of your back office. You will then need to select the ‘Platform Tab.’

Once you have selected the MT4 account you click on the sprocket and it will bring you to the password reset section

You must ensure you deposit to a EUR/GBP/USD wallet to trade in the appropriate currency. Depositing to a bitcoin wallet allows you to trade forex with bitcoin. Bitcoin is automatically converted in your EUR/GBP/USD wallet to be traded as a fiat currency.
