If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you are not responsible for their payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What furniture is provided?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Lorenzo apartments are fully furnished with beds, drawers, a desk and desk chair. In the living room area, there is a sofa, an oversized chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center and a kitchen table with chairs. The kitchen has all designer stainless steel appliances, including a frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, gas ranges, a built in microwave oven, a multi-cycle dishwasher, a double stainless steel sink with a disposal, spacious pantries and a washer and dryer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Can I bring my own furniture?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Why would you? All units come fully furnished, all you need to bring is your accessories.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What happens if I have roommate issues?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>The Lorenzo provides roommate matching as a convenience to residents. All residents fill out a standard roommate matching form. Unfortunately, roommate compatibility cannot be guaranteed. If you have a roommate dispute, a Resident Life Manager can meet with all roommates to provide a neutral space and assist with finding an appropriate resolution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What happens if I don't end up going to school and I need to break my lease?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>The Lorenzo lease is binding and does not provide grounds for termination. Subletting is prohibited. Relets are subject to a relet fee. Please contact the Resident Services office for additional information on reletting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>How do I pay my rent?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Rental installments are due on the 1st of each month. For your convenience, the Lorenzo offers several ways to submit your monthly rental installments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bulletlist\">\n<li>FREE ACH PAYMENTS: One-time or Automatic ACH Payments via the Resident Portal:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelorenzo.com\/residents\">www.TheLorenzo.com\/residents<\/a>\u00a0(Routing Number and Checking Account Required)<\/li>\n<li>Payments to the office or by mail in the form of personal check, cashier check, money order. What is the guarantor agreeing to? Does it affect my credit?my rent?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Lorenzo requires a guarantor with each lease signed. Sometimes a resident can be his\/her own guarantor by fulfilling a few requirements. If the resident cannot fulfill the requirements, then a guarantor is necessary. A guarantor is unconditionally guaranteeing the full and timely performance of all the resident&#8217;s agreements in the lease, including rent payments, late fees, property damage, etc. By utilizing a guarantor as opposed to a co-signer, the guarantor will not be affected by any issues caused by the resident.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>How close to campus are you?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Lorenzo is half a mile from the USC campus!
