How do I pay What is the difference in a co-signer and a guarantor? What is the guarantor agreeing to? Does it affect my credit?my rent?

Lorenzo requires a guarantor with each lease signed. Sometimes a resident can be his/her own guarantor by fulfilling a few requirements. If the resident cannot fulfill the requirements, then a guarantor is necessary. A guarantor is unconditionally guaranteeing the full and timely performance of all the resident’s agreements in the lease, including rent payments, late fees, property damage, etc. By utilizing a guarantor as opposed to a co-signer, the guarantor will not be affected by any issues caused by the resident.
